Ceramics are sturdy but there are a few things to keep in mind to prolong the life of your pottery.

Hand washing is always best, but all of the glazed pottery is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe.

If your piece is not glazed, it is not food safe, and I do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher.

If your piece has gold luster on it, please do not put it in a dishwasher.

Refrain from cleaning it with anything too abrasive as this will cause the luster to be damaged.

Avoid sudden changes in temperature as this could cause the clay to crack.
